Patterson Press offers packages to fit each bride’s needs for wedding day coordination. Costs will vary depending on the number of hours needed during the day. All of our services include the following:
- Day-of timeline creation and distribution to all vendors & wedding party
- Meeting one-month out to talk through every detail as you imagine it
- Coordination of Rehearsal including seating, ceremony, music, and special moments
- A liaison to your vendors – We will touch base with each of your vendors and coordinate everything from set-up time to tear down, making sure all contractual obligations are met and timeline is followed.
- Gifts and Specialty Items – We will be responsible for not only your something old, new, borrowed, and blue, but also your picture frames, guest book, your grandmother’s cake knife, the ring bearer’s pillow, and any other little details for the day.
You simply can’t and shouldn’t have to do it all yourself on your wedding day to make sure your plans come to life and neither should your family and closest friends. That’s where we come in!
